Terms Of Service for Together

Welcome to Together (the “App”), a social discovery platform operated by Darklake Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and its services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account, downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the App, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

• Agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

a. Registration. To access certain features, you must register by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

b. Account Security. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

c. Termination/Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, in our sole discretion, if we determine you have violated these Terms, misused the App, engaged in illegal or abusive activities, exploited the App for spam or scams, or otherwise acted in a way contrary to the community rules.

3. Use of the App

a. Permitted Use. The App allows you to discover and connect with other users based on shared interests, activities and events, to send digital gifts, and to participate in the community.

b. Prohibited Activities. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to promote illegal behaviour.

• Harass, abuse, threaten or harm other users.

• Post or share content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory or infringing on others’ rights.

• Engage in spam, phishing, scamming, pyramid-schemes or other malicious behaviour.

• Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the App or its security features.

4. Virtual Currency & Purchases

a. The App may offer in-app purchases of virtual currency (“Coins”) or digital items (“Gifts”). Once purchased, Coins or Gifts are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final.

b. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using Coins or Gifts, such as guaranteed connections, replies or matches. All use of the App is at your own risk.

c. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, including virtual currency or gifting, with notice as required by law.

5. Event Participation

Together enables users to discover events organised by users or third parties and to interact with others via the App. Although we facilitate these connections, we are not responsible for the accuracy, conduct, safety, or legality of the events or their participants. You attend any event at your own risk, exercise due caution and follow all applicable rules.

6. Content Ownership & License

a. Your Content. You retain all rights to the content you post. By posting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display and modify your content in connection with the App and our services.

b. Prohibited Content. You may not post content that infringes on others’ intellectual property, contains explicit or hateful material, or violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, Together, our logos, branding, content, software, features and all related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify or distribute these without our prior written consent.

8. Account Deletion & Violations

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delete or suspend your account, remove your content or block access if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal or abusive behaviour, use the App for spam or misuse, or otherwise act contrary to the App’s purpose. You acknowledge that such deletion is permissible without refund of any virtual currency purchased or account-based losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, losses of revenue or data, arising from your use or inability to use the App, content posted by other users, events you attend, or any third-party services integrated. Our total liability to you for any cause is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last twelve months (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Darklake Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after we publish changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in United Arab Emirates.

You agree to personal jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.
